導致小型混凝土攪拌車氣缸破裂的因素很多,要預防氣缸破裂,應該做到:發(fā)動機溫度過高時,必須等發(fā)動機溫度降低后,再加水發(fā)動;不得先啟動發(fā)動機,后加冷卻水,以免使氣缸崩裂;在嚴寒條件下車,須放凈冷卻水,啟動車時加熱水啟動;冬季停車若時間較長,又不能放水時,可間歇發(fā)動車輛,保持發(fā)動機有一定溫度而不致于結冰,不得用噴燈或明火直接烤車,同時使用的冷卻水要潔凈。
